PROJECTO Nº1 - Noivinhos Amigurumi

How to make amigurumi bride and groom:
Well you probably reached this page by doing the same thing I did a while back: googling frantically for a pattern for a bride and groom. You won't find them. I've looked everywhere and all of them are only for sale. If you're like me, you don't want to spend ten bucks in a few lines of directions, so I'll just tell you what I did. I followed this pattern for the bride's head, hair arms, and torso. While doing the torso, I started with flesh color, then changed to white, and after two rows you start to shrink in order to give a waist. you have to adjust that to your wedding dress. The first time around I actually made the waist too bellow, (about 4 or 5 rows) and it looked like a mermaid dress. then I did this one, with a higher waist. Then You start to increase like you would in the head until you reach your desired width for the skirt. you fill your doll up, and make a plain bottom. My bottom for the skirt is like a trifolded clover, so the skirt looks more puffed.
For the groom, same thing for the head and hair. Arms are the same pattern as the link, and torso as well, only changed the colors. As for the legs, I just continued the torso in black and then split into two separate legs. I'm still figuring out how I'll do the shoes and bouquet.
A few words of advice: Do both heads first. I did the bride first and only a couple of weeks later did I do the groom, So only on my third try did I manage to make a head with the same size, because I couldn't remember which needle I used.
